- If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
- For all Returns, video proofs are needed without pause. Photo proofs are not accepted.
- The Parcel video should be recorded at the time of opening the parcel from the very start to the end (Address slip should be on it at the beginning of the video). The video should be complete without any cutting or stoppage. If you send your video in 2-5 parts than the purchased item is not eligible for replacement.
- Returns are acceptable only when there is a fit and Design issue, Color issue, Received item is different from what was ordered. Items which are all damaged by the buyer after unboxing will not be accepted for return. (Before placing your order, Read product descriptions)
- Return window for all the products is 24 Hours from the date of delivery. Video proof is mandatory. After 24 Hours the returns won’t be
considered and no exceptions will be taken.
- Maximum we accept only Replacement for returns, Not allowed to Refund for all gift items.
- We always intend to give the best to our customer and we never want our valuable customer to go through any hassles. So we always try to send good and quality products to our customers and if there is any mistake in products from our side, we are always ready to accept the return within 24 Hours from the date of delivery and only with the video proof.
